Co-ed Flag Football on the Beach Tournament
Saturday, October 4th from 10am-3pm!
The co-ed flag football on the beach tournament is on Saturday, October 4th, 2008, at 10th Street and the Strand in Hermosa Beach. Individuals are welcome and no experience is necessary. All teams will be picked at random. Each team will play a minimum of two games. For those of you that have not participated in the past, the general rules are as follows:
* Teams selected by blind draw, 2 guys & 2 girls per.
* Alternate guy/girl quarterback
* Balls, cones, and flags provided
* Disputes settled by ro-sham-bo (rock-scissors-paper)
Teams will be instructed on tournament specific rules at registration and prior to commencement of the tournament. Registration and check in is from 9:30 until 10:00am. Games will begin promptly at 10:30am. If you miss the registration, you may be placed on the wait list.
The cost of the tournament is $20 per person if pre-registered and $25 the day of the tournament. Pre-registration may be done at the Hermosa Beach Community Center, 710 Pier Ave, Hermosa Beach, CA 90254 - or by contacting me directly. You may also sign up the morning of the tournament. However, those that are not pre-registered may be placed on the wait list.
To ensure even teams, please sign up with an opposite sex co-entry. Those that do not sign up with an opposite sex co-entry may be wait listed. Contact me to RSVP or if you have any questions registering.

Prank Monkey/Smack Men's Flag Football on the Beach Tournament
Will be setup in late 2008!
The first ever Co-Ed Basketball Tournament from Smack & Prank Monkey will be held in 2008 at a local gym. This event benefits the Southern California Foundation for Children (SCFC - www.socalfc.org) with a part of the proceeds! Individuals are welcome and no experience is necessary. All teams will be picked at random. Each team will play a minimum of 3 games. We will wheel in a BBQ for lunch and have beverages for everyone, plus you'll have access to the entire club the whole day, including their swimming pool. Basic rules will be run on half court -
* Teams selected by blind draw, 2 guys & 1/2 girls per.
* Guys score 2's and 3's, Girls 3's and 4's
* Balls, courts and player/refs provided
Teams will be instructed on tournament specific rules at registration and prior to commencement of the tournament. Registration and check in is from 9:00am until 10:00am. Games will begin promptly at 10:00am. If you miss the registration, you may be placed on the wait list.
The cost of the tournament is $30 per person if pre-registered and $35 the day of the tournament. You may pre-register to cyj@prankmonkey.org with a www.paypal.com payment, or send checks to Prank Monkey at 703 Pier Ave #b302, Hermosa Beach, CA 90254. You may also sign up the morning of the tournament. However, those that are not pre-registered may be placed on the wait list.
Price includes tournament play, outdoor BBQ and beer-lounge by the pool with Flip Cup, Beer Pong and live music or DJ, plus all day access to the facilities! Parking will be filled up fast, so be sure to carpool or ride/walk down the strand if possible, or park in the public parking area just south of the gym. Guest parking will run out fast and first come, first serve only!

Prank Monkey's 2nd Annual END OF YEAR Co-Ed Flag Football Tournament
Will be back on Saturday, October 4th!
The first ever END OF YEAR "ALL-PRANKMONKEY-BOWL" Co-ed Flag Football Tournament on the beach will be back on Saturday, October 4th! Get your all-star lineups together and form your team of 4-6 for a one day showdown of all our best teams and players! This is the big show for all of us who love co-ed flag football! You must register as a team of at least 2 guys and 2 girls. League rules apply with round-robin pool play and winners advancing to single elimination tournament for the Year end crown! Individuals can email us in advance to be matched up with other individuals.
* Teams created in advance by captains, 2 guys & 2 girls per play, 6 players per team maximum.
* Alternate guy/girl quarterback
* Balls, cones, and flags provided
* Disputes settled by ro-sham-bo (rock-scissors-paper)
* Girl TDs worth 2 pts, guy TDs worth 1 pt.
Teams will be instructed on tournament specific rules at registration and prior to commencement of the tournament. Registration and check in is from 9:30am until 10:00am. Games will begin promptly at 10:15am. If you miss the registration, you may be placed on the wait list.
The cost of the tournament is $100 per team if RSVPed with ROSTER in advance and $125 the day of the tournament. You may RSVP in advance by making online payment to cyj@prankmonkey.org with a www.paypal.com only or at the Hermosa Beach Community Center, 710 Pier Ave, Hermosa Beach, CA 90254.

Men's and women's separate tournaments are back on the beach on Saturday, August 16th and Saturday, November 15th at 10am at 10th & the Strand in Hermosa Beach. For those of you that have not participated in the past, the general rules are as follows:
* Teams created in advance by captains, 5 on 5 (maximum of 10 players per team)
* All passing with rush markers and referee rush count
* Balls, cones, and flags provided
Teams will be instructed on tournament specific rules at registration and prior to commencement of the tournament. Registration and check in is from 9:30 until 10:00am. Games will begin promptly at 10:30am.
The cost of the tournament is $150 per team if pre-registered and $170 the day of the tournament. Pre-registration may be done at the Hermosa Beach Community Center, 710 Pier Ave, Hermosa Beach, CA 90254. You may also sign up the morning of the tournament. However, those that are not pre-registered may be placed on the wait list.
